The problem
"We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them." (A. Einstein)
In today’s rapidly evolving world, sustainability is no longer just an aspiration—it's a necessity. To drive meaningful and lasting change, organizations need leaders with new perspectives that extend beyond traditional business thinking. These leaders must understand complex systems and the interactions within them, enabling them to align ecosystems, empathize with societal needs, and deliver on company results.
The IDG framework was created to boost progress towards a sustainable global society by helping policymakers, corporate leaders, organizations and citizens cultivate the inner competencies needed for the change. It fosters the integration of new perspectives and ways of working and encourages holistic leadership and collaboration.
I am the author of the first book on Inner Development Goals and serve as a speaker and advisor on their applications for organizations. As part of my facilitation and training offerings, I provide a public program open to anyone interested in exploring Inner Development Goals. Additionally, I offer a three-month hybrid program tailored for teams and a two-day intensive workshop designed for executive teams to dive deep into the framework and begin implementing it effectively.
4-Months online journey with 6 immersive live workshops over Zoom. Designed to explore key themes of self-awareness, collaboration, and leadership within the IDG framework. After each session, additional content is shared to deepen learning, and participants join peer learning groups to integrate knowledge and apply it in a practical form, such as a prototype. This collaborative process allows participants to experiment with new leadership approaches in real-world contexts.
Key characteristics of the program
5 +1 facilitated interactive sessions + 6 self-organized pod sessions + individual practice to explore the IDG framework and its value for work, leadership, and collaboration
Theory, practices, and peer support to gain insights, discover perspectives, and embody behaviors for greater impact
Application of the learnings to your field of work through SDG-related prototyping
Experiential & action-based learning
Target audience
The program is open to people wanting to make a true difference in their life & work, regardless of their previous experiences. Application requires a description of the personal motivation for participating in the program.
3 – Months Hybrid (Self-Paced + Coaching)
A flexible program designed for teams to work at their own pace, featuring digital modules combined with peer coaching sessions at three key stages: at the beginning, middle, and end of the program. This format encourages long-term integration of the IDG framework concepts into daily practice. Like the in-person option, this program also incorporates the VIA strengths survey and a 360 assessment to enhance self-awareness and foster personal and team development.
A highly interactive two-day program (available in-person or virtually) focused on building conscious leadership within teams. This program includes tailored leadership sessions, followed by peer coaching for working groups to foster ongoing reflection and integration. It also includes the VIA strengths survey and a 360 assessment to increase self-understanding and help participants leverage their strengths as a pathway to inner growth.
My programs
In my programs I focus on developing the skills necessary to navigate complexity, fostering a mindset that embraces systemic thinking, enables wellbeing and balancing empathy with strategic decision-making.
By integrating The IDG framework and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), participants will learn how to recognize the interconnectedness of global challenges, encourage cross-sector collaboration, and implement sustainable strategies that support the triple bottom line: people, planet, and profit.
I equip leaders with the insights and methodologies required to drive transformative sustainability initiatives. By drawing on global case studies and cutting-edge approaches such as Systems Thinking, Regenerative Leadership, Design Thinking, Integral Theory, and Theory U, this program empowers leaders to adopt new perspectives that foster a more holistic understanding of complex systems and the often conflicting priorities of sustainability. The transformation begins from within, creating leaders capable of inspiring meaningful change.
